The Beans App

The Beans App maps the inside of apartment complexes allowing you to find the actual apartments instead of just mapping you to the complex, provides stairs & elevator information, and allows you to save access codes. It also has a function to take a photo of the order at the front door if you need to leave at door. This is to have proof it was left at the right place if people say they did not get their food.

Apartment Map PDFs

You can download this file for PDFs of apartment maps. We cannot guarantee that this is as up-to-date as the Beans app, but is good to have downloaded and in your arsenal in case your phone acts up.

Waze

We recommend using Waze for mapping instead of Google or Apple Maps.

Mileage Tracker

As an independent contractor, one of the most important things to track for tax time is your mileage.

You can do this manually or via an app; we've included a few options below.

Manual Tracking in Google Sheets:

Click here to get a copy of our Google Sheets Mileage Tracker Template

Note: You will need to make a copy of the document and add it to your own Google account. The first tab of the sheet is labeled "Template"; we recommended duplicating that page for every week or month to maintain the "Miles Traveled" formula.
